Ah! Damn looks like I have to cancel a date with the boyfriend. I got a job on that day! NOOOO!!!! LOL. This new job requires me to study up ALOT about not only the product, but also the activities used to promote the products. I have to work with a bunch of KIDS. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, KIDS – as in toddlers to kindergarten children. BLAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What have I got myself into??!!!!!!! STUDYING ALOT + KIDS = “May I pull out pretty please?” Lol. Ah well.

Currently, I’m also interested to be a tuition teacher. Shorter hours, at least I can slip in an hour or two paktor hours before or after work. ;P I’m sooo cunning I flatter myself only

Why GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!

It’s my holidays and I’m supposed to do fun stuff like play games, watch TV, devour novels, watch my fishes, and do housework like it’s my favourite thing to do. Unfortunately, I can’t play a game that I just got because the comp is too outdated. T________________________T

Heck, I can’t even play the older games and why is that so?? Because now emulators run on the latest techno-thingy that runs on newer, modern computers only. My comp’s graphic and sound cards need to be changed, but which I know jolly well ain’t happening at all.

Because I am bored out of my head, and since there’s also nothing in my head right now, all as seen here will be totally random mutterings. Nexus no nexus, I don’t care now blahahahah.

The first day of holiday, my true love said to me: “Petrol price increase, so we can’t meet up that often….“

The 2nd day of holiday, my mummy said to me: “Go do some housework, help around, don’t just lie down like a tree….“

The 3rd day of holiday, my daddy said to me: “Go do some work, don’t think holidays you do nothing….“

The 4rd day of holiday, my brother said to me: “Since you’re so free, why don’t you feed the dogs la…“

The 5th day of holiday I start to wake up late……. Which then made me late to my collegemates gathering.

The 6th day of holiday I went to some BBQ….. Of which I was rightfully a CALAFARE – but they so kindly treated me as a friend.

Right now I am munching on a big bar of chocolate. Upcoming ranting on gained weight in the near future? I hope not.

On the last day of my exams, I was telling myself that I’ll get to do the thing I love doing.. Writing fiction and drawing people of some fantasy realm. Well all I’ve got so far is a few plots and a few ideas that just did not fully materialize on paper. Writers’ block I guess? Or, that I am only inspired in the wee hours of the night. Nowadays I try to go to bed by 12am, not later. Yesterday, or last night, or early this morning, however can I put it – I stayed up late to write.  Then came forth the flow of ideas, and images formed on pieces of A4 paper in front of me. Not going to put up any here at the moment due to immense speed of uploading.

Speak of art, currently I am a fan of the manga series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures (henceforth abbreviated to JBA). My brother buys the mangas, I merely read them for free Usually possible if my brother is in a good mood at the time of my asking him Anyways, I was first introduced to JBA when I was still playing the first version of Playstation, way back when I was in Form 1. I’ve completed the whole game (although my brother insists we have not!), and was hooked to it by the way the game wasn’t unlike any other fighting game I’ve ever played. It’s abit similar to the Naruto fighting game in terms of creative moves – the combos in the JBA game are exquisite! Also, another difference is that most JBA characters have “Stands” – to put it simply, each character has a soul twin which can execute beautiful attacks. The “soul” can be activated and controlled independently of the character – although any damage received by the Stand will also be received by the character in almost equivalent amount.

Whenever a character does a combo, their profile shows up in the background, like this. This female character’s (Marahiah) signature move is bombs shooting out of her breasts like a pair of Uzis. Seriously. Lots of upskirts and upshirts when it comes to any female characters falling down. LoL.

Cars coming out of the ground to crash your opponent from the bottom, with signature “Hon-hon-hon-hon-hon” (number of “hon“s depend of the number of cars you manage to call up). Personally, me and the bro nicknamed this female character “Two Stars“. Because its the most obvious thing you’ll notice if you play this character. Jiggling things are oh so realistic in this game. How’s that for 2D animation?

Fighting water…

Go play that game – you won’t regret it if you’re into stunning visuals and a different tack on the fighting game genre.

Then, years later, my bro started buying the mangas. The artwork is different too – some people may say that it’s ugly, but I think it’s pretty unique – similar to the Final Fantasy artworks by Yoshitaka Amano in the earlier series. Mangas typically have neatly drawn characters, usually ethereally beautiful unlike reality. However, the artwork in JBA may even seem grosteque (correct my spelling if I’m wrong thank you), but once you get used to it, you’ll then appreciate the uniqueness of the drawing style. Out of the blue, my Mum has decide to give a name to the only remaining surviving fry I have out of my now deceased fish. Oh yeah, did I mention that my hobby is now keeping Betta fishes? Fish – boring! On the contrary! They are as interesting as any other pets one could keep. For, each fish has their own personalities. One may be a bully, one may be a coward, one may be a good mummy, one may be a greedy pig (er fish ), etc. Let me now tell you about my fish-keeping hobby.

I’ve had an interest in Bettas since I was a young girl, say primary school? At that young age though, my only intention of keeping a Betta was to fight it with another. You know, fish-fighting? It’s all the rage in Thailand, even now. Hence the other name for the Betta splendens is the Siamese Fighting Fish. My bro and me used to try to acquire the biggest fish we could find and then we’d release them in a bucket of water to fight. I remember that mine always won Because my bro’s fish was always picked by my Mum – who favours colour over size. Too bad so sad

Much later, when I begun my studies at BAC, I noticed a small stall selling animals, from cute bunnies to reptiles to fishes to lobsters! That was where I got my current Bettas. Damn I sound like some geek extolling in his boring hobby

From mere keeping to breeding, or at least attempting. All my spawns only survive til the age of 3 weeks then die off due to lack of food. At that time I wasn’t equipped with the proper food for baby fish yet OK! So, after checking out every aquaria around my area, I finally went online to seek out anyone who was kind enough to provide me a culture of the said baby fish food. The only breeder living “closest” to my place was in Kepong. That’s about 15mins tops from my place by car. Initially I tried to get the boyfriend to accompany me there, but he wasn’t into it. “Petrol price increase ler… I got nothing also..”

OK fine. I thought I’d to go there myself. No big deal, since public transportation provides easy access to that particular area of Kepong, but the thing is – I do not know the guy who I was about to meet. I mean, I know him on-line, but never seen him in real life before. If my parents found out that I went to meet a total stranger they’d both go berserk I know, I know it’s a risk, but still… It’s at a very open, public area of Kepong, specifically in front of the KTM station.

The day to go get the specialist food arrived. Coincidentally, I had a lunch gathering with my collegemates earlier in the day. After lunch, I got Richard to accompany me to go get the stuff. Yay Richard! ^^ Thank you, although he had no interest in keeping any sort of pets LOL. And thank you for not making the “EeeWwWww” face when I got the stuff. Why the disgusted face?

Starter culture.

Worms starting to crawl up the side of the container.

A healthy, good growth of microworms. When growth gets this much, I can use a toothpick to scoop out the worms from the side of the container to feed my my lonely lil baby fish.

When I got the culture, an Indian girl who was sitting in front of me in the train  made the “EWWweeEEewww eeWWWW” face,  although I didn’t notice it.  Richard told me so lol. Ewww what la, not like it’s gonna crawl all over you right then and there blahahahahah XD

Ah. Time to feed my fishes, as well as my 3 dogs. Just because I can, and because I’ve previously uploaded it anyways, I’d like to end today’s post with pictures of my favourite dog.
